Her philosophy is that we bring our whole life to work which impacts the individual person, team, projects, and progress that can be made. How we show up matters and makes a big impact on everyone around us.
Over the past decade, she’s worked in several six and seven-figure businesses, both one-on-one with CEOs and intimately with their teams.
Stephanie has a unique vantage point in the role in which she serves her clients where she is able to observe the behavior patterns of the team, areas of opportunity for systems and process implementation, and day-to-day frustrations and struggles that happen when working to scale your business. This allows her to guide businesses in how to move forward when they can’t seem to get clear on what’s next. She’s helped countless businesses go from chaos to clarity by setting up solid foundations that make businesses flow.
Personally, she’s been trained as a coach by Landmark Worldwide, a personal/professional development company.
Integrity is a value that she is passionate about and believes in the power of honoring her word. When she was 27, she began her own self-discovery journey where she has practiced and implemented various frameworks for healing, personal growth, and communication in order to connect to herself and others. She brings all of her experience together to help you and your team show up awesome.

Traveled to train other management teams and staff to open The Palm Restaurant in London while working as the Assistant General Manager at The Palm Restaurant in Orlando.

Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

Attended COMM Day at UCF with Joan McCain, the Ad/PR Program Coordinator at the University of Central Florida and Sally Hogshead, the CEO of Fascinate, while serving as the Directer of Possibilities for Fascinate, Inc.

Spoke at PechaKucha night at the Orange Studio in Orlando, Florida where 300 people attended my very first speech titled, The Lies We Tell Ourselves, and how these lies impact our personal and professional lives.

Collaborated with the Mazda team to plan and produce the first Team Awesome onsite recognition event at Don Mealey's Sport Mazda to recognize their Owner, Jay Mealey.

Graduated from Edgar Cayce’s Atlantic University with a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, specializing in Leadership and Conflict Transformation.

Her background has allowed her to become a multifaceted business coach with a thorough understanding of how all parts of an organization operate. She now supports authors, speakers, coaches and entrepreneurs in building their businesses. Stephanie is also a certified life coach and HeartMath® Resilience Trainer and Certified Mentor, teaching workshops where people learn simple techniques for dealing with challenging people and situations using the science-based wisdom of their hearts to build their personal resilience.
